Main features

1. On basis of DZ/DF, LZ/LF and customers' requirements, the SPB200-800DZT/LZT/DFT/LFT EPS block production line (adjustable) can adjust the block dimensions from its length and width. Adopting encoder to control the lead screw, the machine then can also conduct stepless adjustment for block dimensions. The customers only need to input the dimensions that need adjustments into the touch screen, and then the machine featured convenient operation will automatically conduct the adjustment.
2. The EPS block production line has wide adjustable range and less leftover materials.
3. According to customers' special requirements, the machine can firstly conduct material feeding and then conduct dimension adjustment, so as to greatly increase the blending ratio of recycling materials.
