Main features

1. Equipped with PLC, touch screen and advanced molding technique, the SPZ100-200T EPS shape molding machine can produce various shapes of EPS products.
2. It also adopts the pressurized feeding system that features high speed and full feeding. Totally 44 automatic feeding guns can be installed for once feeding.
3. The EPS shape molding machine employs digital coder to control mould opening and closing travel. The digital coder is controlled by PLC and characterized by easy adjustment. And also the mould opening and closing is actuated by hydraulic system.
4. Adopting the vacuum system, the EPS shape molding machine can accelerate molding speed, reduce cooling time and lower the water content of finished products.
5. Using the differential fast device for hydraulic system, then

the machine can improve the speed travel of movable mould whose maximum speed can reach 200mm/s, and also to save more than 40% energy consumption.
6. The EPS shape molding machine mainly uses world famous components, thus it has the advantages of reliable performance, stable quality, long service life and low maintenance cost.
7. The body of machine is welded from steel plate, thus the machine can greatly improve the overall hardness.
8. Featuring humanized interface design, the touch screen can then have easy operation and parameter setting.
9. Adopting the switch control system for the double-switch expansion chamber (horizontal type), then the EPS shape molding machine can greatly reduce the waste rate caused by material shortage.
10. The machine also has particular drainage and vacuum system, thus it can improve the drainage capacity.
11. Equipped with the vertical vacuum chamber with spray devices, the EPS shape molding machine then can greatly improve the vacuum efficiency.
12. Using the balance valve to control the pressure of steam, de-molding pressure, air cooling pressure and so on, the machine then can ensure the adjustable pressure and accurate control.
