2. Hydraulic pressure system (save 6S/cycle)
(1). Compared to former design T and A-type machine, the hydraulic pressure system of our new EPS shape molding machine can achieve faster operation.
(2). Adopting the 300Ø hydraulic cylinder, the machine can ensure the safety locking of the mold and avoid the vapor leakage during the steaming process.
(3). With the special hydraulic pressure design, the ejecting cylinder and de-molding cylinder can run at the same time. Thus the EPS shape molding machine can realize quick de-molding through gas blowing and effective product ejection at the same time, and also can faster the running speed.

3. Steam system
(1). The patented PID system of Fangyuan is made by DN50 actuator, thus the sensitive steam pressure ranges between 0.12 to 0.15Mpa. And also the +/-0.1Mpa tolerance can save around 30% heating time and lower the energy consumption.
(2). The large-flow and low-pressure vapor system will use only 8-12kg vapor for producing 1 kg EPS product.
(3). Instead of using the electronic pressure gauge, the EPS shape molding machine can control the steam pressure by balance valve and pressure sensor. Using the touch screen to set the mold pressure, the machine then can ensure the easy and accurate control.

4. Piping system
For the complete inlet and exit of water, air and steam, we can use big pipeline and valve to reduce the waste of energy and improve the running speed.

5. Vacuum system
Adopting vertical vacuum system, 4-6” drain pipeline, condensed water drainpipe and matching with a big spraying system that can spray the hot steam directly and greatly increase the condensation rate, thus the EPS shape molding machine can improve the vacuum suction efficiency and remain the water percentage be less than10%. In addition, the machine can also smooth the spray header replacement and maintenance.

6. Control system
(1). All pressure adjustment can be remotely controlled by the control box. Thus the machine can have easy operation. In addition, the hydraulic pressure can also be adjusted by the touch screen according to different foaming area. The EPS shape molding machine also has many self-protection and alarm systems.
(2). All control parts, electric parts, valves, gauges and hydraulic parts adopt the high-quality and world famous products, thus the EPS shape molding machine can ensure the stable and smooth operation. With the remote control system of steam and pressure, 10%-30% consumption can be reduced.
