Main features

1. The SPB200-800DZ EPS Foam Block Machine adopts PLC programmable controller and touch screen for controlling the mould making, mould closing, material feeding, temperature preservation, vacuum cooling and the whole automatic cycle procedures.
2. Equipped with the high-efficient vacuum system and condensing unit, the expanded polystyrene equipment can improve molding speed, lower water content and achieve high production efficiency.
3. With the advanced mask-making technology, the machine is applicable to produce high- and low-density foam sheet and ensure the quality.

4. Being made through the high-quality steel welding and heat treatment, then the expanded polystyrene equipment can feature high strength, nonexistence of deformation and expansibility resistance of high-density products.
5. With the mold cavity surface coated with Teflon, then the machine can ensure the easy demoulding of finished product, improve overall appearance and extend the service life of aluminium alloy plate.
