Main features

1. The SPC200/300/400/2D / 3D CNC block cutting machine is consisted of specialized aluminum and various special connecting pieces, and has the advantages of stable movement and high precision.
2. Equipped with stepping motor featured stable movement and free speed regulation, the machine is suitable for cutting specially shaped products and its mechanical control accuracy is 0.5 mm.
3. Equipped with a 3KW transformer, the output voltage of CNC block cutting machine ranges from 0V to 70V. 20 heating wires can be installed on the cutting plane to cut 20 same patterns or characters at the same time.

4. Through using the independently developed controller that features touch-key input, users can directly input the 3B code of patterns or characters into controller by using the USB flash disk. And also codes of simple patterns can be directly input through the controller.
5. The display screen can display the cutting pattern, and follow cutting procedures and so on. The cutting speed is adjustable (max. 4000mm/min). And also the parameter setting is easy.
6. When the cutting travel exceeds the regulated travel, the machine featured the function of travel protection will stop running automatically. In addition, the CNC block cutting machine also has the functions of inverted cutting and rotation, mirror symmetry, clearance compensation and so on.
