1. The SPZ100-200F automatic vacuum shape molding machine adopts H-type steel welding, keyway positioning device and ageing treatment. The machine uses the precision linear guideway to replace the original four-guide-pin structure. This improvement makes the run resistance smaller, precision stable and reliable. It also makes the running power decreased by 60%. And the hydraulic motor power has been decreased from 7.5kw to 4kw.
2. Adopting the four-point locking mechanism, the machine increases the mould clamping force from 18 tons to 24 tons. This greatly improves the tightness of mold composition surface and reduces vapor consumption.

3. Through improving the design of vapor pipeline, adopting the underneath air suction and lengthening the vapor and sewage pipeline, the vapor flow is much more matched with the thermodynamic principle.
4. The automatic vacuum shape molding machine adopts fast mode structure, thus the machine is easy to use and has higher utility ratio.
5. Equipped with the combined shutter de-molding frame, the machine can smooth the installation.
6. With the protection door which is made of aluminium alloy, the automatic vacuum shape molding machine then has desirable shape.
7. Through using the multi-channel balancing control technology, the automatic vacuum shape molding machine can save 40% energy and increase the production efficiency by 20%. 9. The machine adopts pressure/time heating control modes. User can adjust it if necessary.
10. It adopts the independent hydraulic drive system, drive device, locking device and de-molding oil cylinder. Using the synchronizing gear can ensure the synchronous and reliable operation.
11. The automatic vacuum shape molding machine also employs pressurized feeding system, completely sealed steel chamber, 10 patented products and the pneumatic control valve, thus the machine can ensure reliable material feeding and discharging.
