Main features

1. The 1-PSZ100-200 automatic vacuum shape molding machine adopts PLC programmable controller, touch screen and advanced moulding technique to produce various foam products.
2. It adopts high pressure feeding mode featured high speed and full feeding. Totally 25 to 37 automatic feeding guns can be installed for once feeding.
3. The automatic vacuum shape molding machine adopts digital encoder to code the mould opening and closing travel and features easy adjustment.
4. With the vacuum system, the machine can accelerate molding speed, reduce cooling time and lower the water content of finished products.

5. Using the differential fast device for hydraulic system, the machine can improve the travel speed of movable mold whose maximum speed can be about 200mm/s and save more than 40% energy consumption.
6. The automatic vacuum shape molding machine mainly employs many world famous components, thus the machine can have reliable performance, stable quality, long service life and low maintenance cost.
7. The machine has two types. A-type automatic vacuum shape molding machine has mechanical demoulding lift-out device, while B-type machine has cylinder or hydraulic demoulding lift-out device.
8. The foam product produced by this machine is suitable for packing various instruments, household appliances, industrial products, ceramics, seafood, vegetables and various easily damaged products and so on.
