1. The PSB600-800/PZ EPS block molding machine with vacuum (horizontal style) adopts PLC programmable controller and touch screen for controlling the mould making, mould closing, material feeding, temperature preservation, vacuum cooling and the whole automatic cycle procedures.
2. Equipped with the high-efficient vacuum system and condensing unit, the EPS block molding machine can improve molding speed, lower water content and achieve high production efficiency.

3. The mould making and closing is of horizontal type, thus the machine has the advantages of safe and reliable operation, easily adjustable mold locking gap and nonexistence of machine leakage.
4. Being made through the high-quality steel welding and heat treatment, then the EPS block molding machine can feature high strength, nonexistence of deformation and expansibility resistance of high-density products.
5. Using Teflon to coat the mold cavity surface, then the machine can ensure the easy demoulding, improve finished products' overall appearance and extend the service life of aluminium alloy plate.
